Bengkel Oka Health Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and usage.,Assist in the procurement and management of vehicle-related supplies and parts.,Support the fleet manager in implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations.,Provide administrative support to the fleet department, including document management and reporting.,Assist in the organization of vehicle inspections and audits.,Support the fleet manager in developing and implementing fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
