📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the Cluster Finance team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information is available for decision-making.,Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management to support strategic decision-making.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services or real estate industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required.
