📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies and programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on HSE best practices and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate HSE performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HSE issues and improve safety practices.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive HSE documentation, including incident reports and safety data sheets.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, with a focus on construction projects.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• Proven experience in risk assessment and hazard analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
