📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.,Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct job market research and analysis to identify talent needs and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with other departments to align talent acquisition efforts with business goals.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
