Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.,Manage accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Collaborate with senior management to make informed financial decisions.,Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software is a plus.
