📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting processes for hedge fund and private equity services.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and reconciliations.,Collaborate with the investment team to monitor and report on fund performance.,Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support investment decisions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial activities.,Train and mentor junior accountants and support staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations relevant to hedge funds and private equity.,Proficiency in financial reporting software, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
