In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our reference data to ensure accuracy and consistency across our systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update reference data to ensure accuracy and consistency across IQVIA's systems.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.,Develop and implement data validation rules and processes to maintain data integrity.,Monitor data quality metrics and report on data issues to senior management.,Provide training and support to junior team members on data maintenance best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for data management.,Participate in data migration projects to ensure seamless transitions of data between systems.,Work with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in reference data maintenance and management.,Strong knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and transformation techniques.,Experience with data management tools and technologies such as SQL, Excel, and data warehousing solutions.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data quality.,Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical industry data standards and regulations is a plus.
