📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission and compliance with tax laws.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.,Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.,Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to financial reporting and controls.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure financial health.,Collaborate with external auditors and consultants to address any financial issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
