📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.,Oversee the structural design process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.,Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and reports prepared by junior engineers.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to construction teams.,Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural solutions into overall project designs.,Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and standards, and implement best practices in structural engineering.,Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a focus on structural engineering.,Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent certification is a plus.,Strong knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).,Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant design software.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
