📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Oversee and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the store.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the store meets its financial and operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
