• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in culinary events and workshops to enhance the resort’s dining offerings.
• Represent the resort at local and international culinary events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a high-end culinary setting.
• Proven expertise in Chinese cuisine, with a strong understanding of regional variations.
• Certification in culinary arts or a related field (e.g., Master Chef, Certified Executive Chef).
• Experience with kitchen management software such as Toast, CHEFware, or similar.
