In this role, you will be responsible for delivering fresh meat and other grocery items to customers in Depok and surrounding areas. You will use our fleet of delivery vehicles and adhere to our strict health and safety protocols to ensure the safe and timely delivery of our products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver fresh meat and other grocery items to customers in Depok and surrounding areas.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of products by adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, explaining delivery details, and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and delivery times.
• Report any issues or concerns related to deliveries to your supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, customer service, and vehicle maintenance.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar delivery role, preferably in the food or grocery industry.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with the Depok and surrounding areas, including local roads and traffic patterns.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices.
