📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission and payment of taxes.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team to make informed business decisions.,Monitor and control expenses to ensure the company operates within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
