📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.,Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the development and testing of new IT solutions and applications.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of IT services.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an IT department.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and security.,Good understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with IT project management and documentation.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
