📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and making beds, to maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively to ensure a spotless environment.
• Inspect rooms and common areas regularly to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Launder and iron linens, towels, and other textiles as needed to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay for guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper waste disposal and hygiene practices, to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including shift schedules and reporting any concerns or issues to your supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and laundry procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the resort.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
