Bit Bold Ekspansindo is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Staff to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packets and coordinating orientation sessions.,Handle administrative tasks such as processing payroll, maintaining employee benefits information, and assisting with HR-related inquiries.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant skills and experience may be considered).,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
