📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client portfolios.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both internally and externally.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in client interactions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales methodologies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
