📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain product availability.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies.,Assist in training new staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using basic office software.,Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
