📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with national early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3-6 years.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the preschool's curriculum, incorporating both traditional and modern educational methods.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a strong partnership in the child's education.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching practices.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and development milestones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in preschool or kindergarten teaching.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as CPK (Certified Professional in Kindergarten) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of national early childhood education standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
