📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.,Ensure high-quality ingredients and freshness in all pastries.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.,Create and follow recipes and menus.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Contribute to the development of new pastry recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
