As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company has the necessary supplies and materials to meet its operational needs. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in procurement and a passion for supporting the operational efficiency of the business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering supplies and materials.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct vendor evaluations and selections based on quality, price, and delivery performance.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities support the overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
