PT Sri Unggul is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start right away. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our purchasing activities, ensuring that we source the right materials at the best prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the purchasing process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement.,Ensuring that all purchased materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time.,Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of materials at competitive prices.,Monitoring market trends and identifying new suppliers to ensure that we are always getting the best value for our money.,Working closely with other departments to ensure that purchasing activities support the overall business goals.,Providing regular reports to management on purchasing activities and trends.,Ensuring that all purchasing activities are in line with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing role, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
