📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the company.,Conducting job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintaining a strong candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.,Providing feedback to candidates and guiding them through the hiring process.,Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
