📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with national and international standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on SHE best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent recurrence and improve safety measures.,Monitor environmental impact and implement measures to minimize pollution and waste.,Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure SHE objectives are integrated into all operations.,Maintain accurate records and reports on SHE activities and performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SHE management in a manufacturing environment.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining SHE programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
