📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the medical laboratory, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.,Perform and interpret various laboratory tests, including but not limited to, histopathology, immunology, and microbiology.,Lead and mentor junior laboratory technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date laboratory records, including test results, patient information, and quality control documents.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.,Participate in research projects and contribute to the development of new laboratory techniques and protocols.,Stay current with advancements in the field of medical laboratory technology and implement new methods as appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Certification from a recognized professional organization, such as the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, including but not limited to, automated analyzers, microscopes, and laboratory information systems.
