📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the procurement process for logistics and supply chain materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.,Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms and ensure compliance with company policies.,Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.,Oversee the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other logistics supplies.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with overall business objectives.,Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics to senior management.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.,Proven experience in managing procurement processes for logistics and supply chain materials.,Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a global or international environment is a plus.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
