📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

  • Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
