📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage.,Participate in daily kitchen meetings and planning.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
