Vertical Institute is seeking a passionate and dedicated Student Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our students, providing excellent customer service and support. This is a full-time, onsite position based in one of our locations in Bali. If you have a strong customer service background and are eager to make a difference in the lives of our students, we want to hear from you!

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist students with academic and administrative inquiries,Provide information about courses, programs, and campus facilities,Coordinate student appointments and meetings with faculty and staff,Assist with event planning and coordination,Maintain accurate records and documents,Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures,Promote a positive and welcoming environment for students,Provide exceptional customer service and support

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with academic and administrative processes,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
