🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS systems.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
