📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical materials,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Review and edit technical documents to ensure accuracy and clarity,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams,Work with developers to ensure technical accuracy of documentation,Participate in product development discussions to provide input on documentation needs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and concepts,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
