In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Monitor and report on training program progress and outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
