🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational consulting, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in data analytics and educational psychology.
• Certification in educational technology or instructional design (e.g., Certified Educational Technology Specialist).
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana or Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian education system and local context in Bangka Belitung.
