📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct field assessments and soil analysis to determine optimal planting and cultivation practices.
- Develop and implement customized farming plans for coconut plantations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to farmers on best practices in coconut cultivation.
- Monitor crop health, identify pest and disease issues, and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in coconut farming techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful execution of agricultural projects.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on crop performance, challenges, and recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in coconut farming or a related agricultural field.
- Strong knowledge of coconut cultivation practices, including planting, harvesting, and post-harvest handling.
- Familiarity with soil analysis and nutrient management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with farmers and the team.
- Ability to travel to remote areas in Seruyan, Kalimantan Tengah, for field assessments and training.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
