Midwife - Maternal and Child Health Specialist (Bidan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak)

PT Kesehatan Sejahtera Bangka Belitung is seeking a dedicated Midwife - Maternal and Child Health Specialist (Bidan Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak) to join our team in Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung. Our mission is to enhance maternal and child health outcomes through comprehensive care and community health education. As a Midwife, you will play a crucial role in providing prenatal, postnatal, and newborn care, as well as family planning services. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting prenatal check-ups, delivering babies, and providing postnatal care. You will also educate families on proper nutrition, hygiene, and child development. Our clinic uses the latest medical software, including SIMRS Kesehatan, to manage patient records and ensure efficient care delivery. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled professional who is passionate about improving health outcomes for mothers and children.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide prenatal, postnatal, and newborn care to ensure the health and well-being of mothers and children.
• Conduct prenatal check-ups and deliver babies in a safe and hygienic environment.
• Educate families on proper nutrition, hygiene, and child development.
• Monitor and manage maternal and child health records using SIMRS Kesehatan.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Participate in community health programs and health education initiatives.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines and protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Provide family planning services and counseling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Midwife in a clinical or community health setting.
• Certification as a Midwife from the Indonesian Nursing Board (Badan Pekerjaan Umum).
• Proficiency in using SIMRS Kesehatan and other relevant medical software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and counsel patients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Commitment to improving maternal and child health outcomes.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
