📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement high-impact grant programs that address key community needs and drive sustainable development.
• Oversee the entire grant lifecycle, from proposal development to reporting and evaluation.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, NGOs, and government agencies to identify and address community needs.
• Develop and manage budgets for grant programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of grant programs, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and community members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in grant-making and community development.
• Represent the foundation at community events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant-making, program management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful grant programs.
• Strong understanding of community development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using grant management software, such as Grants.gov or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
