Compliance Officer - Regulatory & Financial Compliance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to ensure our operations adhere to regulatory standards and maintain the integrity of our financial systems. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the compliance framework of ICDX, working closely with senior management to implement policies and procedures that align with Indonesian and international regulations.

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating ICDX’s compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and training sessions to ensure that all employees understand and adhere to compliance requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and evaluate ICDX’s compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and training sessions to ensure compliance.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and report on compliance issues and breaches.
• Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and their impact on ICDX’s operations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Certification in regulatory compliance, such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional (CRCP) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international financial regulations, including but not limited to, Peraturan Perundang-undangan (PP) and Basel III.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with compliance management software, such as Compliance Manager, SAP GRC, or similar tools.
