As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment efforts, from sourcing top talent to onboarding and managing employee relations. You'll work closely with our leadership team to ensure we attract and retain the best talent, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct final interviews.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.
• Assist in managing employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR practices, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
